Sajilo Billing is a point-of-sale system for retail shops: checkout, product and stock management, order history, and analytics, available across web, desktop, and mobile.

Accounts are set up by our team after you reach out via our contact form — there's no public self-signup. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and device PINs secure, and for all activity under your account.

We offer Basic, Growth, and Advanced plans, priced by term (1, 5, or 10 years). Pricing shown on our site is indicative — your exact plan and price are confirmed when we contact you after you reach out. Subscriptions renew at the end of the chosen term unless cancelled beforehand.

In-app customer payments are processed via Khalti, eSewa, Fonepay, or cash. Subscription fees are billed separately for your Sajilo Billing account. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Don't resell or sublicense access to the service
• Don't attempt to breach or circumvent our security

You own the business data you put into Sajilo Billing — products, orders, and customer records. We act only as the platform that stores and processes it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service reliable and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may occasionally perform maintenance that briefly affects access.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or a breach of these terms. On termination, you'll have a reasonable window to export your data before it's deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
